This is a formal warning to you for your misconduct and verbal altercation with members of the
Meredith Society of Orphans, on February 5, 2013. In our previous discussion regarding this issue,
I had asked you to acknowledge your mistake and apologize to the head of Meredith Society of
Orphans. It has been a week and there has been no report from you.
Being a public relations officer you hold a sensitive position in our firm and any of your moves in
the heat of anger and impatience can negatively affect the prospects of the company. We are a
media firm and our company holds a reputation in the market for promoting the underprivileged
and needy.
