First of all, we must declare that you deactivate our account in error. Our account was not related to any other blocked account on Amazon.it site. With the help of Amazon account status team’s help, they told us our account was associated with the Amazon account: . We are definitely sure this account is not ours, and there is no relationship between our account ( ) and the , so there is no association problem.
Amazon’s policy says that it is prohibited to associated with a blocked account on Amazon site, our account was not associated a blocked account. The is still active on Amazon site. So, we think our account was deactivate in error. We made a detailed investigation of our account, and prove that our account was unique on Amazon platform. Please see our explanation below.

-- In order to prove that our account is unique and we strictly comply with the relevant policies, we make the following statement:
1. Uniqueness of account:
(1) Through the Amazon global business operation team’s help, I registered my account successfully. Our registered account information has been sent to the global business team to check, they confirmed our information didn’t have any problem, so they helped us to registered the account. You can check our account again. We believe that if the Amazon global business operation team finds that our account information is associated with other accounts, they will not help us register for Amazon account.
(2) I’m sure that I used my own real information when I registered my account. Before I registered my account on Amazon, I paid to consult the relevant professionals about the account. After that, I clearly understood that Amazon strictly stipulates that sellers can only maintain one seller center account in each region they sell, unless the seller has legal business and needs to open a second account, and all accounts of the seller have good reputation. In addition, I learned that if I use some fake information, my account will not operate successfully, so I used my own real information.
(3) Except Amazon, I don't have an account on any other platform, let alone sell our products on any platform or channel. In other words, Amazon is my only sales channel I trust and rely on.
(4) During the operation of our account, we have never changed the important binding information, such as mobile phone number, credit card number and email address. We are fully aware that this information can’t be changed at will, otherwise it will cause trouble.
(5) We are well aware of the importance of registration information, so the information about the account has been kept strictly confidential. I will put all the relevant information into the safe so that it isn’t leaked by other people.
2. The login way of the account is secure and unique:
(1) Usually only I will log in this account, and I only log in this account on two computers, one in the company and the other at home. In addition, these two computers are new ones that I bought that means no one else has used them before. Moreover, I've set up a private password for both computers and I didn't tell anyone the password, so the information in the computer is confidential.
(2) I went to apply for a new broadband network and it is supported by China Mobile, which is one of our three major communitation operators in China,so its security and stability are very trustworthy. The advantage is that we won't be in the same operating environment with others at the same time,which may have a potential impact on our account.
(3) I can guarantee that I have never logged into any other Amazon account on my computer. I've been paying close attention to this all the time, because I know that if I log in to two Amazon accounts on the same computer at the same time, it's easy to judge the two accounts are related.
(4) Sometimes I will use my mobile phone to log in to Amazon account, because it will be more convenient for me to process information and pay attention to our account at any time. But I will only use the mobile network of my mobile phone, not the wireless network, because I think that using some networks that do not belong to me may cause trouble to my account. In addition,I have only one mobile phone number and I have used it for many years because I think it can reduce more trouble.
3. Our account has been in good condition:
(1) Our account has been in good condition since it was registered in 2018, and we have been strictly abiding by Amazon's relevant policies and regulations to be a store trusted by buyers.
(2) Our store has a stable supply channel, which ensures the high quality and stability of our products. This also enables us to maintain a good performance situation.
(3) We always use FBA for delivery, which can not only make Amazon platform to conduct a better detection of our logistics, but also make customers very confident and satisfied with our goods logistics. In addition, we always believe that using FBA for delivery is conducive to the better operation of our account.
4. Some details about account management:
(1) For the first all, from the first day of registration, the person in charge of the shop is me (, also the legal person of the shop registration company). My personal business email is .com Daily business is done through this email.
(2) At the end of 2018, according to the requirements of the German Packaging Law, we should register the packaging law. We also strictly implemented this operation and put the relevant information in the attachment. Please download and check it. Thank you.
(3) We tried to cooperate with Amazon's official AGL logistics in 2019. For example, FBA No. is completed through the official AGL logistics warehousing (please check the attached email communication screenshot of both parties and Amazon's collection screenshot).
(4) In June 2019, according to Amazon's compliance requirements, we registered all the tax numbers of five European countries, and we cooperated with Amazon's official accounting firm, Tengbang accounting firm (please see the attached contract and payment note signed by both parties).
5. Self-check of my account:
(1) I think about it carefully to make sure that I didn't tell anyone the important information of my account, let alone the login password, so I'm sure no one else can log in to my account.
(2) My account operation has been in good condition, and there has been no violation. We've always strictly adhered with Amazon's rules.
(3) When cooperating with some third parties, we sometimes have to provide information about the account, such as providing company name, address and corporate identity information when registering tax number; relevant account information will be provided when using official AGL logistics and the company name and registered email address will be provided when registering the product packaging law. We have also carried out a strict investigation on these situations to ensure that they are all regular platforms, and it is impossible to disclose any of our information.
(4) Sometimes we get some unknown e-mails, but we never click on any strange links, which can ensure that our personal information is not stolen.
(5) The credit card number I used when I registered is my own. I have been using it all the time and have not changed it. Besides, no one else knows my credit card number.

1. Avoid association in hardware: our account, , can only be logged by one person, one computer and one network.
Our company has equipped a special computer for the general manager to log in our account, and is not allowed to log in our account through other computers, it means we can guarantee our account to be logged in a fixed IP address. In addition, has set complicated password for computer login and account login. The 16-digit password contains various combinations of numbers and letters. Which can effectively avoid other employee to log in our account.
2. Avoid information leakage caused by personnel flow.
In order to prevent the disclosure of company-related information caused by the resignation of employees, we have restrained the departing employees while avoiding the resignation of employees. If an employee divulges the registered information such as the company's email address and telephone number, the employee will bear legal responsibility and the compensation shall not be less than 500,000 Yuan.
3. Avoid association in software
Our boss has emphasized again about the strict requirements for all employees and required them do not contact with any third parties and shouldn’t disclose our information to any third parties, nor any relatives or family.
4. On July 16th, 2021, our boss has specially made more stringent requirements for our general manager , and he will be responsible for checking the following information to avoid association.
(1) Avoid website related:
We record the website IP for logging into our account and computer ID.
(2) Avoid browsers and Cookie related:
Record every browsers we inquired and avoid inquiring unknown websites. And check the inquiry history of websites every day.
(3) Avoid email related:
Our boss required that the email can only checked by the fixed computer and only use the registered email rather than personal email on Amazon platform.
(4) Avoid registered information related:
We will try our best to protect the registered information like company name, address, phone number, email etc. To prevent our account, , from being related, we will not use these information to prevent the information from leaving traces in other places and causing correlation.
(5) Avoid listing related:
The editors are prohibited from copying other Amazon sellers’ products detail pages. On the one hand, it can avoid infringement, and on the other hand, it can avoid related. And if there are editors who did not abide Amazon policies and our company requirements, he or she will not only be fired immediately, but also bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
5. Our company has organized learning Amazon policies meeting regularly and make every employee know the importance of our account protection.
(1) Understand the association policy: Generally speaking, Amazon only allows individuals or companies to have one account, and the linked routers and cats must be clean. In the same network environment, the same Amazon account can be used for operation, and the bound mailboxes can only be logged in on the same device.
(2) Emphasize every employee to know the importance of account protection. Although the employees didn’t get in touch with our account directly, the work they usually do can bring great effects to our account, so our boss required them not let the information leakage, and our boss specially organized a team to supervise the work of employees and record every work detailedly, then the team will analyze the records at the employee’s meeting every Monday to let them know what kind of work is easy to let information leakage and how to avoid it.
(3) In addition, in order to increase employees' awareness of protecting account information, our company has set a reward system and if anyone can abide our company’s requirements and support any constructive suggestion, he/she will get corresponding reword. At the same time, if anyone cannot abide Amazon policies and our company’s requirements, he/she will be fired immediately and bear corresponding responsibilities.
