We are writing to appeal the selling privilege of ASIN:Xxx which has been removed because of Infringement of Intellectual Property.

After checked, we think there are some reasons why our product is legitimate product, no any fake and shoddy behaviors.

 

The reasons are as follows:

 

1.Manufacturer: This product is completely produced by the manufacturer, we purchased from the supplier by the legal way, and finally sell legally it on Amazon.

 

(1)We provide the Manufacturer's patent certificate, Registration Number: xxxxx, you can check from the Attachment 1 and Attachment 2; It proves that the product is self-developed and has undergone relevant qualification test, and it is not a counterfeit product.

 

(2)We provide the Product purchase invoice, you can check from the Attachment 3; This proves that we purchase and sell this product through legal way, and there is no sale of counterfeit products.

 

Product Information on the invoice:

“开票信息什么产品” correspond to ASIN: xxxxxxNamely Konturenlehre (German) in title (please check the attachment “invoice explanation”, we marked the name which correspond to the ASIN: xxxxxxx, English product name “产品名” correspond to Konturenlehre in German)

 

So in a word, according to the Manufacturer, Brand, the product(ASIN: xxxxxx) is a legal product selling on the Amazon with xxxxx brand, there is no counterfeit behavior against any brand. As a reliable and honest seller, we provided customer both good products and customer service. Hope Amazon can look through to it.

 

We always respect Amazon's policy for Intellectual Property Violations protection and are willing to solve the issue if there did exist one. However, we cannot accept a malicious claim that means to do harm to us.

 

Hence, we would like you, dear amazon team, to make a investigation on this and withdraw this complaint and reinstate the ASIN: xxxxxx. Thanks a lot!
