We understand that Amazon takes intellectual property complaints very seriously. We have checked carefully and modified the listings that have intellectual property problems immediately.

We found that there is a word "dazzle" in the title ,violated other's trademark, I'm very sorry, why did this error occur?

We saw this word on the keyword software and thought it was a keyword. We didn't know it was a trademark from other seller, so we used it. I'm sorry for what happened.

 

Now we have been deleted all the "dazzle" words in our listing(background updates will display after item is restored),we promise never use "dazzle"words again.please help us relist our listing ASIN:

 

About this issue,we have taken the following steps to help us to resolve the issue and prevent similar complaints.

 

1.We checked all the listing detail from the title,image,description and bullet point to ensure have no information in misunderstanding.And we are firmly deleting all the listings that could show any signs of conflicts with intellectual property rights.

2.We have organized our own research department to make sure we only sell our own products with our own design & model instead of purchasing from our suppliers, to prevent any possible infringement problems on Trademarks & Package & Design.

3.Strengthen the learning of Amazon's intellectual property protection， we alreadly organized a trainning again,especially emphasizing on the policy violation including image violation of products and wording violation on product and checked all the product that we have already listed.

4.All the email or complaint reply under 24 hours.Provide a good after-sales service.We will check all the product we've been sold,any complaints or product issues we will solve them in proper way,protect the customer's right.

In the future, before we sell any new products on Amazon, we will carefully verify whether the products and detail pages infringe the intellectual property rights or trademark rights of others. We will regularly read

Amazon's policy guidelines and continue to pay attention to policy updates and legal changes to ensure
