You can see we don’t say this headset could used on XBOX ONE .

You can also check the description ,we didn’t say it could used on XBOX ONE.

2.The review has a “racial discrimination

Yes,our product is come from China factory,but we use FBA shipment most of the time,only when the FBA is out of stock,we deliver from China.Every nation is equal ,anybody can’t look down on China!

The whole review is too ridiculous and unfair to us.she placed order wrongly.

We try our best to contact her and willing to change the right item for her.

But no answer and give us such a review.
