如果我违反了商家信息该怎么办？

您的产品列表将被删除或暂停。

当产品清单违反Shopee的《刊登政策》或当地法规时，就会被删除。Shopee删除的商家信息将在Shopee的“罚分”系统下产生罚分。

对于违反上市行为而积accumulated了高罚分的卖家，其上市限额也将暂时降低28天。此外，在严重的情况下，他们可能会面临卖方特权降低，帐户被暂停甚至终止的情况。

可以根据列表政策进行修改的产品列表将首先被暂停。卖方有一段时间修改他们的产品清单。如果他们在截止日期之前没有这样做，这些列表也会被删除。

What happens if I commit a listing violation?

Your product listing will be deleted or suspended.

Product listings are deleted when they violate either Shopee's Listing Policy or local rules and regulations. Listings deleted by Shopee will incur penalty points under Shopee's Penalty Points system.

Sellers who have accumulated a high number of penalty points for listing violations will also have their listing limit temporarily reduced for 28 days. In addition, they may face reduced seller privileges, account suspension, or even termination in severe cases.

Product listings which can be edited to comply with the listing policies will first be suspended. Sellers have a time period to modify their product listings. If they fail to do so within the deadline, these listings will also be deleted.
